What is the minimum booking?

Ethny engagements start at €750 per event. That minimum covers the service matching the experience you choose. Travel, options and the final make-up of the team are set out in the proposal.

Who runs the engagement on site?

The Private Chef Experience is run by Chef Réginald Smit or one of his two sous-chefs. For Tailor-Made Culinary Hosting, the cuisine is designed and prepared by Ethny, while a hospitality professional handles the mise en place and the service on site.

Is service included?

Yes. Every experience includes a culinary or hospitality professional on site. Depending on the number of guests and the format, additional professionals may be included in the proposal.

Are allergies and special diets catered for?

Yes. Allergies and diets must be shared before the menu is confirmed, so that the proposal can be adapted and executed safely.

How much does a private chef cost in Belgium?

At Ethny, menus range from €75 per person (3 courses) to €120 per person (6 premium courses), chef’s service included, with a minimum booking of €750 per event. Wine pairings run from €35 to €85 per person. The estimate tool on this site gives you an instant indicative figure, refined afterwards in a personalised proposal.
